So, recently, we heard from an official at the Ministry of Labour. That's Minister Heng Sour, and he's been telling everyone that factory owners and workers really need to build better relationships, based on mutual respect.
He pointed out that if everyone respects each other and communicates well, there'll be fewer arguments, and factories will naturally become more efficient. More efficiency means more production, and that translates to more money for everyone, right?
But it's not just about making more money. More importantly, it's about ensuring everyone has a stable life. Think about it: if there's constant bickering and conflict, who can really focus on their work? Here in our region, we have so many factories, with lots of workers and owners. If these relationships aren't good, it really can affect everyone's livelihoods – their rice bowls, you could say.
So, the Ministry of Labour is really hoping everyone can get along peacefully and build a better life together.
