The incident happened on the 5th of this month in a village in Samraong Tong district, Kampong Speu province. Local media reported that a man named Soeng Sen Socheat viciously abused his 13-year-old stepdaughter, not only committing a heinous act against her, but also beating her so badly that her body was covered in injuries, with bruises all over her chest and torso.
Once the matter came to light, police moved in immediately and are now hunting down the suspect to bring him to justice.
