On International Day of Peace, Cambodia's Prime Minister brought up the issue of Thai military aggression. He emphasized how crucial peace is for the people and urged Thailand to resolve border disputes peacefully.
The Prime Minister highlighted that Cambodia has maintained peace for 26 years, now threatened by border conflicts. These conflicts have caused casualties and displaced many along the border, leaving thousands of families unable to return home.
Speaking on this significant day, he stressed Cambodia's deep appreciation for peace and called for collective efforts to uphold it. He reiterated Cambodia's commitment to respecting sovereignty and equality, avoiding force, and urged Thailand to honor agreements and seek peaceful solutions.
