The Ministry of Inspection is not here to nitpick or catch departments making mistakes, but to help them boost efficiency and build capacity, the minister told civil servants at a training workshop.
A total of 50 officials from various government bodies participated in the session. Speaking at the event, the minister commended both the organizers and trainees, urging participants to take what they learned and put it into practice back in their offices.
Reminding the group that learning does not end when a workshop closes, he said this is only the beginning. The real goal, he noted, is to apply these new skills and insights on the job to raise overall work quality and efficiency.
