The soft tennis events for the 20th Asian Games are set to kick off in just a couple of days, running through September 23. Cambodia has sent a 13-member delegation—including officials, coaches, and male and female athletes—who have all safely arrived and settled in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan.

According to local reports, the team has been busy getting in some practice sessions at the Higashiyama Park Tennis Center in Nagoya. It is a packed schedule: venue familiarization started on the 16th, the technical meeting is set for the 17th, and the men's and women's team matches officially get underway on the 18th, right in between fitting in a trip to the opening ceremony.

There are five events in total at this year's competition, covering men's and women's teams, men's and women's singles, and mixed doubles. Chatting about it over tea with friends, everyone agrees it is not easy training hard out there in the scorching sun, and we are all hoping our athletes bring home some great results.
