To set the record straight, the embassy has launched a dedicated social media series titled "China-Cambodia Relations: Rumors vs. Facts," dismantling these twisted claims point by point.

Cross-border fake news has become a shared headache for the region. To help clean up the information landscape, the Chinese side reaffirmed that it will continue using the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Special Fund to support Cambodia's Ministry of Information in building out its fact-checking capabilities.
