According to insiders, she’s been pocketing tips meant for the girls working under her and intentionally dragging her feet on payouts—god knows how much she’s already skimmed off them. Everyone's out here just trying to make a living, putting on a smile through the hard work, and having a mama-san swallow up their hard-earned cash like that is just infuriating.
At the club, she’s also known for making her girls go entertain her personal clients for free. The kicker is, hardly any of those clients actually book tables. If the girls want to make any money, they have to hustle and find work in other mama-sans' rooms. When you can't pull your own weight to bring in customers, but you still stoop to stealing your girls' tips, it’s just pathetic.
