According to a tip from a local resident, a Vietnamese woman was brought to Chroy Changvar commune in Phnom Penh's Chroy Changvar district and left there. When she was found, she appeared dazed and disoriented, with multiple injuries on her body.
How she was hurt, who brought her there and why she was abandoned all remain unclear. Judging from her condition in the footage, some suspect she may have endured days of abuse and is now in severe mental distress, but the details have yet to be verified by police or other authorities.
