Investigators revealed that the centers targeted overseas citizens, using auto-dialing software to pitch bogus "mobile phone upgrades" and "internet packages." Raiding teams seized numerous computers and mobile phones loaded with dialing tools and fraudulent data, alongside several vehicles suspected to have been bought with illicit proceeds.

A case has been registered under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) and the Pakistan Penal Code. Law enforcement is now analyzing the seized digital evidence, data, and money trails to track down the network's key operators and accomplices.
