The four firms removed from the registry are Tianxu International Technology, Huione Pay, Aiterino Global, and Wan Pay. Huione had its license revoked in March and entered judicial liquidation after being declared insolvent in July. Tianxu International, which operated the Xiaoyi Pay wallet, lost its license on August 3 and is currently in liquidation, while Aiterino Global and Wan Pay have quietly disappeared from the official roster.

Regulatory pressure is steadily mounting. In its latest Article IV consultation report published on September 28, the International Monetary Fund urged Cambodian authorities to strengthen financial supervision and integrity, decisively resolve non-viable financial entities, and closely examine potential links between payment providers and illicit activities.
