Investigators uncovered a Telegram account selling explicit footage of teenage boys and charging a 300-baht entrance fee to access private VIP groups. Thanwa confessed to a dual strategy: offline, he lured neighborhood boys by offering free Wi-Fi and online gaming before sexually abusing and secretly recording them; online, he used fake female profile pictures to catfish young boys into sending explicit videos, which were later edited and sold.
Thanwa has fully admitted to charges including human trafficking and the production and distribution of child sexual abuse material, and has been remanded for prosecution.
