A netizen recently exposed Liu Le (alias K2), a Chaozhou native who previously operated in Myanmar and now serves as the Western operations director at Cambodia's Yongsheng Park. According to the report, Liu keeps firearms, stun batons, and taped PVC pipes in his office, where screams from tortured employees can reportedly be heard almost every night. Workers are forced to put in 18 hours a day, often receiving no commission and having their meager base pay embezzled.
The whistleblower alleged that Liu squanders withheld funds on narcotics and gambling while soliciting personal loans from subordinates under false pretenses. The informant stated that multiple former victims and associates connected to alleged fatalities caused by Liu are now compiling evidence to publicly release more documentation.
