Operating under legitimate media, news, or streaming licenses will no longer serve as a reliable shield. Lawmakers had previously flagged live streaming irregularities, and with operations increasingly implicated in tax evasion, adult entertainment, and human trafficking, the sector is now firmly under active enforcement. Legitimate talent agencies remain permitted, but front operations face mounting crackdowns.
