The Cyber Crime Wing of Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) recently conducted an operation in Lahore, targeting an illegal call center suspected of operating telecom fraud. Around 150 suspects were arrested during the raid, comprising both men and women, including several foreign females. Cases have been officially registered as investigation procedures get underway.

According to local media reports, the hub allegedly conducted fraudulent activities via phone channels, though authorities have yet to disclose the specific fraud schemes, financial figures, or the extent of victims. Official details regarding the nationalities of the detained foreign personnel remain undisclosed, leaving it unconfirmed whether any Chinese nationals are involved.

Pakistani authorities have intensified crackdowns on cybercrime rings and unauthorized call centers in recent years, with further developments pending official updates.
