Meanwhile, prolonged mobile internet and data blackouts remain in effect across multiple townships in conflict-heavy regions including Sagaing, Magway, Chin, Kachin, Kayin, and Rakhine. Relying on digital platforms in the country now firmly requires maneuvering around censorship and persistent connectivity hurdles.
