According to the Cambodia China Times, the deceased was a 26-year-old Chinese national, He Dechang (name transliterated), who fell from a ninth-floor room and died at the scene.
The report said police found drugs in the room where he had been living, and a drug test on the deceased came back positive. After a comprehensive analysis, police concluded that he jumped from the ninth-floor room himself and ruled the death a suicide.
