As of October 19, authorities have formally launched criminal proceedings against 26 suspects on charges of brokering prostitution, organizing gambling, and gambling.
According to police findings, the syndicate ran a structured hierarchy comprising Master, Agent, and Member accounts, extracting profits through odds manipulation, bet-spread margins, and tiered commissions.
