On September 27, Malaysian immigration authorities carried out a raid at an entertainment venue on Old Klang Road in Kuala Lumpur. They detained three Chinese men and one Filipino, aged between 21 and 31.
These individuals couldn't provide valid travel documents or residence permits, so they were taken to the Putrajaya immigration office for further questioning. The operation was led by the Immigration Headquarters' Intelligence and Special Operations Unit, with support from the National Anti-Drug Agency.
The investigation revealed that the venue has been operating since 2025, primarily featuring performances by foreigners. Authorities also asked three Malaysian men to assist with the inquiry. Places like this often attract a mix of people, and with that, a mix of issues.
