This platform, operating at khqr.cc, is offering payment services without the central bank's permission. It's a bit worrying, and both businesses and regular folks need to be extra careful when using it, so they don't lose their money.

KHQRPay is apparently still providing services like dynamic KHQR codes, transaction verification, and API integration. They even list payment options like Bakong KHQR, ABA Pay, and Binance Pay.
