Recently, the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) put out a notice saying that Tianxu International Technology's payment service license has been revoked, and they've officially started bankruptcy liquidation.

As soon as that news broke, everyone's been chatting about it at the coffee shops and around town. Most people know that Xiaoyi Pay is actually run by this company.

Turns out, back in March this year, Tianxu Tech already got sanctioned by the UK government because of its links to the Prince Group. Word on the street is they were even providing financial services to those online scam compounds – pretty shocking, right? Now it looks like they really just brought it on themselves.

Xiaoyi Pay actually started processing refunds and withdrawals back in June, and a lot of users already felt something wasn't quite right when they were using it. You hear a lot of people talking about it, and everyone's worried their money might just be gone for good. The whole situation here just leaves you feeling really uneasy.
