The coordinated operation unfolded in three phases. The first raid late on October 4 targeted a hotel in Sangkat 3, detaining 22 Chinese men and seizing computers, dozens of smartphones, and small packets of suspected drugs. The second raid on the morning of October 5 rounded up 15 suspects, including nine Chinese and six Vietnamese. Later that afternoon, officers hit a third location in Sangkat 4, apprehending 10 Vietnamese nationals behind locked security doors along with networking gear and passports.
All 47 suspects and seized electronic devices have been transferred to the provincial military police headquarters for ongoing legal proceedings.
