Rainfall coverage is expected to reach 40% to 60% across the lowlands, plateaus, and coastal provinces, with offshore sea waves reaching up to 1.75 meters. The stormy conditions follow existing flooding that has already affected more than 80,000 households across 10 provinces and damaged extensive farmland, according to the National Committee for Disaster Management, which has evacuated over 8,000 families to date.

Residents in low-lying areas and maritime workers are advised to monitor updates and stay cautious amid sudden squalls over the coming days.
