According to an insider, a team operating the Chinese Ponzi scheme app "Rise of the Great Nation" and third-party chat software "Xietong Hulian" originally operated from Room 801 of the Haiyue Hotel in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. Following an exposure, the operation relocated to Batumi, Georgia. While management initially promised legitimate work visas, workers discovered after entry that they were expected to let their passports overstay and remain illegally.

The employee claims that after six months with the team, they were forced to resign and slapped with a $1,300 exit fee—unlike former staff in Cambodia who reportedly received $1,500 in severance during dissolution. When attempting to negotiate with a supervisor known as "Banana" (Hou Tianlai), the whistleblower was met with delays, doxxing threats, and blacklisting. The worker has issued a three-day ultimatum to receive compensation, threatening to release exact coordinates, office footage, and staff photos in Georgia to authorities.
