According to user submissions, Guo Jun (aliases "Sanbai" and "Donald Duck"), a native of Yiyang, Hunan, first flew from Chengdu to Phnom Penh in March 2021. He initially operated as an agent shareholder for task-based scam rings in Koh Kong's Dara Sakor park. Capitalizing on his networking skills, he later joined the "Dream Realization" syndicate led by Zhang Tianhao (alias KK), where he handled personnel transfers, trafficking or bringing at least 150 individuals into the scheme. During his tenure, Guo allegedly withheld employee salaries and embezzled company funds to finance extramarital affairs and fuel a massive gambling habit, leading to severe financial collapse before he fled back to China in 2022.
After returning to China, Guo was detained and given probation for running illegal underground lotteries and sports betting operations. Upon the completion of his sentence in 2025, he traveled back to Cambodia to gamble at the Blue Bay Casino in Sihanoukville. Unable to pay off mounting debts, he allegedly turned to theft and human trafficking before fleeing back to China in early 2026, reportedly taking out nude-collateral loans right before his departure. Sources claim that Guo is currently in China and, deeply impoverished by gambling, has begun fabricating stories to extort and slander former acquaintances.
