Recently, at Ho Chi Minh City's Tan Son Nhat International Airport, four Chinese men were caught with 17,930 packs of cigarettes hidden in their checked luggage.

They knew what they were carrying, but the promise of earning 800 to 1,000 RMB per trip was too tempting. Their flights and accommodations were covered.

Now, these four are detained on suspicion of transporting banned goods. The police are investigating who orchestrated this and where the cigarettes came from.
