Back home, there is no grand return—only police interrogation and the legal consequences waiting for them.
Anyone running a stall or working night shifts around here knows the story all too well. For years, these scam syndicates dragged the region's name through the dirt, leaving honest shopkeepers and workers to carry the blame. Rent and utility bills are not cheap here, and even grabbing a bowl of fried noodles at a night market stall means doing the math. Most people are out here trying to make a living with their own two hands.
