On Saturday, September 19, a joint task force of Sihanoukville municipal police and Sangkat 4 local officers launched a swift raid on a site known as the "Workers' School" in Village 4. The seemingly quiet spot was caught off guard when police cruisers pulled up unannounced and officers moved in fast.

The operation paid off quickly. Police arrested four suspects on the spot and seized several pieces of evidence. The suspects and confiscated items were brought straight to the Sangkat 4 police post for questioning and formal legal processing.

In a neighborhood usually dominated by the sizzle of street food carts, crowded rental alleys, and motorbike exhaust, locals sitting roadside with their iced coffees watched the flashing police lights roll through. It was a clear signal to the area: whether tucked away in a makeshift shed or an old schoolhouse, if there is trouble brewing, the police will not hesitate to shut it down.
