In the early hours of September 19, things got tense in the Xinghui neighborhood of Sihanoukville. A Cambodian woman was invited out for a meal but ended up in trouble.
While dining with a Chinese man, a group suddenly burst in, tied her up, blindfolded her, and took off with over $4,000 and her phone.
Afterwards, she quickly reported the incident to the police. Authorities are now on the hunt for the suspects. Locals have been talking about how security around Xinghui is really becoming a concern.
