Before the morning tea stalls had even properly set up for the day, the blasts had left two parked cars burned down to their metal frames and torn a traffic police box to shreds.
Right after it happened, the streets were filled with the sound of wailing sirens and buzzing motorbikes scrambling away. Soldiers and police quickly locked down the affected streets, pulled up yellow tape, and started searching people one by one. So far, though, no group has come forward to claim responsibility.
