Last year at Dingcheng N1, there was a guy running a Ponzi scheme who headed up the 123 Office. They called him Dajin. He’s from Liaoning in China's Northeast, covered in tattoos—rumor is he’s from Liaoyang. He’s pretty tall, around 1.83 meters, and looks to be about 35. The guy is absolute trash. Last year, the teams under him were constantly getting squeezed and ripped off with all sorts of bogus salary deductions and endless fines. He’d curse people out until they were in tears, while he just walked around all day staring at his phone, not teaching anyone a single thing about the actual work. Whenever the bosses above him chewed him out, he’d take it out on his own team.
Back then, there were four guys from Hunan who came out here trying to make a living, but this director pushed them so far into a corner they had no way out. In the end, when nobody was looking, they broke a window and made a run for it. After that incident, he kept a low profile for a few days, but old habits die hard. Later on, someone brought in a relative from back home, and Dajin tormented the poor kid so badly he fell into a deep depression. The guy couldn't take it anymore and almost jumped from the fourth floor, only getting pulled back at the last second by the security guards downstairs. To make matters worse, the company refused to listen to reason and slapped him with a $15,300 exit fee.
People down at the tea stalls always say that acting like a big shot in this circle only lasts so long, and once you step outside those doors, nobody cares who you are. These pig-butchering scammers are doing things that will come back to haunt them. Word is, people are about to drop this director’s photos, expose every single scam operation he’s run, and name all the victims he’s ruined. Out here trying to earn a living, nobody gets away clean.
